Kefi Wellness Centre is a modern, evidence-based, multidisciplinary clinic in Oakville. Our team works together across physiotherapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy, chiropody/podiatry, acupuncture, and more to help people move better and live more actively.

What Your Days Can Look Like
- Deliver thorough assessments and evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals.
- Provide hands-on care (manual therapy), exercise prescription, and education that supports long-term progress.
- Use modalities when appropriate (ultrasound, IFC, shockwave, laser therapy).
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to create cohesive plans for patients (especially complex cases).
- Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate progress with patients and (when needed) referring providers.

What Your Days Can Look Like
- Start with thorough assessments of posture, spine, joints, and movement to understand what’s driving each patient’s symptoms and goals.
- Deliver patient-centred chiropractic care including adjustments/manipulation, mobilization, and soft tissue/myofascial techniques when appropriate.
- Create individualized plans that include rehabilitative exercises, ergonomic guidance, and prevention strategies patients can follow at home.
- Use clinic modalities and adjunct therapies when appropriate (e.g., shockwave and IFC, plus other techniques within your training and scope).
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team for coordinated care, and maintain clear, timely documentation and progress updates.

The Massage Therapist will work within a multidisciplinary setting alongside physiotherapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and osteopathic manual practitioners.
